Not as good as the original but does the job

What happened??

My cat chewed through the cord after having this for about 3 years or so. I went to buy a new one and it was just delivered. Immediately I can tell this is not the same one. Why is the head of it the size of a tennis ball!? What happened to the original smaller one? I emailed right away to see if It can be exchanged or returned but I haven't heard from anyone yet. It's unopened I knew it wasn't right the second I opened the bag and saw the box.

Not as good as it used to be

Ordered a new to replace my old "original body wand" that was 3 yrs old. Not as powerful and not in the same frequency. Very disappointed.

Wtf? This is NOT the original Bodywand

The original was actually good. This one....doesn't seem to be made for a woman at all....unless your kitty is HUGE. The head of this is at least 2 inches across. I can't even wrap my fingers around it. Not good for clit play AT ALL
