Bodywand Plug-In Multi Function Wand

After a couple of uses it stopped working. Never used in water and never used more than 10 minutes. I normally use a cheap $20-$30 one. Thought I’d invest in a more expensive one and now my “cheap” ones still work and I threw this on away. Wasted money on this. Tried to contact them and still no response. STICK TO YOUR CHEAPER ONES. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

I've always wanted a body wand so we finally gave in and bought 1 and it's not even 4 months old and it started cutting off right in the middle of use and now doesn't come on at all

I bought this lessbthen 6 months ago. Went online looked then ultimately bought it at the store. I had always bought mine on Amazon for 20.00 and they only lasted about 6 months so decided I would invest in what I thought was a good decent one. Well I was wrong. After the 4th time using it it would shut off on its on several time during use then would go to full power and wouldn't turn off unless unplugged . Now it won't even turn on at all. Emailed the company with no response. I waisted 120.00 and not happy about it. U r better off buying cheap ones and replacing them every 6 months instead of 120.00 waisted after 6 months.

I've had a few. You don't reach middle age without traversing the land of orgasm assists. This thing is the best on I've had. Reliable. The right size, doesn't overstimulate, plenty of functions. It gives me exactly what I need, every time. It charges great, and the battery lasts a long time, even with frequent, prolonged use. I am sad I didn't have it in my life sooner. My husband is a little jealous of it. I wish it had an instant off because I've been caught a few times.

Since I lost my receipt I erroneously assumed they would not respond to my warranty request. I was WRONG WRONG WRONG They asked for a video of the malfunctioning wand an I received an email today saying that they are mailing my replacement. I am soooo pleased as this is a magnificent device. This is the same Sid who wrote a bad review under the suspicion they would give me a a hard time.
However it WAS SUPER EASY TO GET A REPLACEMENT. -A PLEASED CUSTOMER INDEED. THANK YOU BODY WAND CUSTOMER SERVICE.❤️
